  新浪财经讯 今天下午14点半，上海市召开2013陆家嘴论坛新闻发布会，一行三会有关负责人出席并回答记者提问。参加发布会的有人民银行上海总部、银监会办公厅、证监会办公厅、保监会办公厅相关负责人。

  证监会办公厅副主任江向阳表示将采取综合措施提振市场信心，加大改革力度！市场人士称证监会的意思是市场涨跌不是我们一家的事情，我们做好自己该做的事。

  针对股市大跌，江向阳表示，近期受到国内外波动幅度较大，股市价格是经济运行状况的反映，同时也受到资金供求和股民信息的多种影响，我们将加快改革，加强基础性建设，维护市场三公，采取综合措施，提振市场信心，维护资本市场健康发展。

  江向阳还表示，IPO系列法规正在收集汇总意见中，法规发布后，企业符合所有条件的，履行相应程序的，将给予发行批文。
